2024 Girls Soccer Information

 

The SWCHA Girls soccer program is a competitive high school soccer program. We play various public and private high schools and other homeschool teams in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest.  Most of our games are local and within a one-hour drive.   Though we do not have cuts we always intend to put our most competitive team on the field or will adjust to match up with competition and get more of our players on the field.

 

For:  9th -12th grade homeschooled Girls

 

Pre-Season Winter Training: Captains practices / Winter training will be held indoors 2 days per week starting in Mid-January through Mid-March.  We are still finalizing days/times but in the past has been held Tuesday and Thursday from 3-5 at the Ethnos Bible Institute gym.

 

Regular Season Practice:  We are still finalizing our game and practice schedules but practices will be primarily on Mondays, Tuesdays, (some Wednesdays) and Thursdays between 4:00 and 5:30PM.  Weather permitting, practices will be held at Pewaukee South Park.

 

Equipment:  Each athlete should bring a soccer ball and water bottle to practice.  Athletes must wear soccer shin guards and soccer cleats for all games and practices and must have both white & black soccer socks for games. Socks should be purchased through our team.  Uniforms:  You will be assigned a uniform at the beginning of the season. There will also be a practice shirt for the team for modest additional cost ($20 for both).

 

Parents: Parent participation in volunteer tasks is necessary to make the season go smoothly.  SWCHA sports do not happen without parent volunteer help. We will be discussing this at the mandatory parent meeting: The Mandatory Parent Meeting will be scheduled prior to the start of the regular season.  We will be covering essential season and schedule information, volunteer positions and fundraising at this meeting. 

 

Schedule:  The schedule and communication through the season is communicated via the Band app.
