FEE POLICIES:

FALL SPORTS:

Grade school – Flag football, Volleyball

High school – Tackle football, Volleyball, Boys Soccer

 

–        if withdrawn before first practice, full refund

–        if withdrawn before first game, full amount minus 25%

–        if withdrawn before Sept 18^th, full amount minus 50%

–        if withdrawn after Sept 18^th, no refund

–        if season ending injury prior to Sept 18^th, refund is prorated

–        if season ending injury after Sept 18^th, no refund

 

BASKETBALL:  

Grade School, Highschool Girls and Boys

 

–        if withdrawn before first practice, full refund

–        if withdrawn before first game, full refund minus 25%

–        if withdrawn before Dec 14^th, full refund minus 50%

–        if withdrawn after Dec 14^th,  no refund

–        if season ending injury prior to Dec 14^th, prorated refund

–        if season ending injury after Dec 14^th, no refund given

 

SPRING SPORTS:

High school – Baseball, Girls soccer

 

–        if withdrawn before first practice, full refund

–        if withdrawn by April 1^st, full amount minus 25%

–        if withdrawn by April 15^th, full amount minus 50%

–        if withdrawn after April 15^th, no refund

–        if season ending injury by April 15^th refund prorated based upon season start date

–        if season ending injury after April 15^th, no refund
