This wizard will enable you to:

Sign your students up for SWCHA Sports programs

Setup a SWCHA Subscriber account

Submit insurance information

Sign required Wavier forms

Volunteer sign up to help out the team as required by SWCHA by-laws

Pay for your sports via Credit Card or PayPal

Receive email confirmation of your purchase

To Complete the forms you will need the following information:

Students information (Grade, DOB) and sports they want to participate in

Health Insurance policy information

Credit Card or PayPal account

Working email account

Getting Started: You must first create a SWCHA subscriber account. The account is free and enables you to sign up for SWCHA sports and optionally receive notifications about SWCHA sporting opportunities:
